Project Manager - Qatar

Location - Doha, Qatar

Job Summary: Install commission and operate large power rental projects

Essential Functions:

  • Coordinate between engineering, logistic, fleet manager and operation manager to ensure that project are being executed as per customer requirements and in line with SES procedures.
  • Lead a team of electrical and mechanical engineer to ensure project installation and operation is as per customer requirement and SES procedures.
  • Monitor third party operation team
  • Ensure all preventive and schedule maintenance for SES equipment is done on time and being documented and recorded as per SES procedures.
  • Maintain steady stock of consumable and spare parts to perform preventive maintenance, schedule maintenance and breakdown for SES equipment on project site
  • Ensure daily, weekly and monthly report are filled properly and communicated on time
  • Ensure company electronic workshop and parts modules are implemented on site
  • Communicate customer requirement to management
  • Record all technical issue on SES equipment
  • Identify and diagnostic repeated problems and breakdown on SES equipment and send all document to engineering and design department in order to make product improvements.
Job requirements & Qualifications:

Education: BS in Electrical Engineering

Training Requirements (Licenses, Programs, Or Certificates): Preferable training in Power generation and distribution, AutoCAD 2008, Microsoft Office software, Project Management principles

Knowledge Requirements: Electrical circuits, Generators, Transformers, Distribution Switchgear, Short circuit analysis.

Experience 5 years of experience in relevant field.

  • Special Information (Travel required, physical requirements, on-call schedules, and so On)
  • Limited travel to GCC countries (should be able to eligible to apply to Saudi Visa)
  • Ability to work in adverse conditions
